Online Returns & Refunds

At McNabb Furniture, we want you to feel confident shopping with us online. Because we now ship across Canada, our online return process differs from our in-store policy and includes additional shipping and handling requirements.

Return Eligibility

Eligible online purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, parts, tags, and accessories included. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@mcnabbfurniture.com. Please include your name, order number, contact information, a brief explanation for the return.

Return Shipping

All original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as McNabb Furniture cannot be responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged properly and safely for shipment.

If an order is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned to sender, original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional return freight charges may apply.

Final Sale Items

Furniture, mattresses, custom-made or special-order items, Quick Ship items, sale items, and any items marked final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Approved Exceptions

In rare cases, a return request for a non-returnable item may be approved at our discretion. If approved, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. All return freight and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must arrive in original, unused condition. Returns showing signs of use, damage, assembly, wear, alteration, or improper packaging may be refused or subject to additional fees.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval status. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges for online orders at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return request, if eligible, and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so our team can assist you promptly.
