Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in like-new condition.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt is required for all returns.
Please note, the following items are non-refundable:
Custom-made or special orders
Mattresses
Clearance or final-sale items
A 25% restocking fee applies to customizable items or any item not regularly stocked (i.e. special orders made specifically for the customer).
If return pickup or re-delivery is required, an additional charge may apply, depending on distance and time.
We proudly stand behind the quality of our furniture. All eligible items come with the following warranty:
Coverage Period: One-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered: Structural integrity, workmanship, and materials under normal use.
What’s Not Covered: Damage due to misuse, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
Extended Warranty: Optional extended coverage is available for purchase.
To make a claim:
Submit a proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
We will assess and, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.
