Returns, Refunds & Warranty

At McNabb Furniture, we want you to feel confident in what you bring home. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to help — with clear, fair guidelines.

Returns & Refunds

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging, including all parts and accessories. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. This includes custom-made or special-order items, clearance items, mattresses, and items marked as final sale.

If a return requires pickup or redelivery, a service charge may apply based on the distance and time required.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and include your name, contact information, order details or proof of purchase, and a short note explaining the reason for the return. Photos are helpful if there is a concern with the item.

Warranty (1-Year Limited)

Our furniture is built to last, and we stand behind it.

We offer a one-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. Under normal residential use, this warranty covers structural integrity, workmanship, and materials.

Extended warranty coverage may be available for purchase. Please ask our team for details.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, stains, spills, pet damage, modifications, unauthorized repairs, improper assembly, or commercial use unless otherwise stated.

To submit a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of what you’re experiencing. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion, depending on the product and availability.
