Return & Warranty Policy

At McNabb Furniture, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Policy

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in like-new condition.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt is required for all returns.

Exclusions

Please note, the following items are non-refundable:

• Custom-made or special orders

• Mattresses

• Clearance or final-sale items

Restocking & Return Charges

• A 25% restocking fee applies to customizable items or any item not regularly stocked (i.e. special orders made specifically for the customer).

• If return pickup or re-delivery is required, an additional charge may apply, depending on distance and time.

Warranty Policy

We proudly stand behind the quality of our furniture. All eligible items come with the following warranty:

• Coverage Period: One-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase.

• What’s Covered: Structural integrity, workmanship, and materials under normal use.

• What’s Not Covered: Damage due to misuse, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.

• Extended Warranty: Optional extended coverage is available for purchase.

Warranty Claims

To make a claim:

1. Submit a proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

2. We will assess and, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.
